4MAG software for bar code terminals is designed and developed by a team of COM4IT programmers considering individual technical and organizational structure of a specific Client. 4MAG is an original system of complex service of warehouse economy for bar code terminals and it includes basic operations such as: accepting, releasing, inter-warehouse moving, internal receipts and spending, stock control. Eliminating mistakes while performing warehouse operations, shortening the time of duration and constant control are the main aims of connecting the application with a terminal adjusted to working in – sometimes very difficult – warehouse conditions.

Due to flexibility of the solution and possibility of adjusting applications to the Client’s needs, it is useful for each warehouse where constant movement control over the goods’ state and current data exchange with the overriding system is essential.

The 4MAG application is fully integrated with warehouse and accountant systems or with the integrated systems of the ERP class to make it possible – in the actual mode – to show the current state of the warehouse and operations which are being performed. The user of a given 4MAG application has a complete imported mapping of all the warehouse documents, goods’ record and Contractors from an overriding system on a terminal, and having performed specified operations, it exports all the developed documents back to the system. An application on the terminal equipped with a WiFi radio device is adjusted to work online within a wireless network, i.e. data exchange to/from an overriding system in the actual mode, which considerably accelerates work and increases its comfort for all Users; it also eliminates costs of creating new workplaces in particular parts of the warehouse.
