Labels – as a basic identifier of a given product and data carrier – find their application e.g. in trade, production, storing, logistics and widely-understood circulation of documents. Because of the fact that the scope of labels’ application is so broad and they are common in almost every economic branch, we offer a wide range of various consumables which can be adjusted to the specification of a given branch and also to individual requirements of our Client.
Consumables:
Paper labels – due to a relatively low production cost and high resistance, they are the most commonly-used:
- thermal – labels of the lowest resistance to atmospheric conditions and abrasion
Application: trade and storing, only under certain conditions
- thermal-transfer (matte, semi-glossy) – printing on the labels is performed through thermal-transfer ribbon which is melted into paper with a heated printer head, which increases the label persistence
Application: trade, storing, logistics, production, industry
- thermal continuous paper, thermal-transfer
Glues for paper labels:
- standard glue - strong acrylic glue, good adhesion to all types of surfaces
- easily-removable glue - acrylic glue, small adjoin strength, does not leave dirty surface after separating
- intensified glue – strong resin-caoutchouc glue adjusted to surfaces of very poor adhesion
- special glue – very strong acrylic glue, intended for extreme conditions, e.g. very low temperatures
Foil labels – characterized by the highest resistance to atmospheric and outer conditions or chemical substances for a long period of time
- warehouse
- inventory, fixed assets
- warranty seals
- data plates
Application: trade, storing, logistics, electronic, electro-mechanic and automotive industry
Clothing labels and textile labels
The polyester hang tags – intended for use in chemical, lumber, gardening industry, i.e. where – because of the technological process specification – adhesive labels cannot be used.
The cardboard hang tags
Thermal-transfer ribbons
- wax ribbons – for printing on paper labels
- resin ribbons – for printing on textile and foil labels
- wax-resin ribbons – intended for printing on paper labels of increased persistence
